• Manage a caseload of youth clients, establishing rapport and building positive, professional relationships while adhering to ethical standards.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to discuss therapy progress, stability, and future appointments.
• Design, implement, and evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress notes that comply with all regulatory and ethical standards.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and inform treatment recommendations.
• Engage in individual supervision with peers or supervisors, focusing on continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and support for each client.

Our primary focus is on youth clients navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. • A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.
• Capability to meet internal credentialing requirements for relevant clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year experience working with psychiatric patients and/or clients facing substance abuse issues.
• Demonstrated proficiency in assessment and diagnosis, individual therapy, and group therapy modalities.
• Familiarity with telehealth systems and basic technological skills for documentation and client interaction.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 65,000 to 80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer:
