As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately determine each client's mental health needs, using standardized tools and methods.
• Creating tailored treatment plans that reflect the individual goals and preferences of clients as well as employing evidence-based therapies through secure telehealth platforms.
• Establishing therapeutic rapport by collaborating closely with clients to set achievable goals and providing unwavering support throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Employing diverse therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices, to address specific client challenges and preferences.
• Maintaining meticulous records of each session, documenting client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

Our clients represent a wide range of demographics and mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will work with adults, adolescents, and their families in a respectful manner, recognizing the unique social and cultural contexts of each client. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage clients in a virtual environment.

We prefer candidates who also possess:

• Prior experience in providing teletherapy services or familiarity with virtual mental health practices.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a deep understanding of cultural competence in mental health care.
