Logistics Engineers need a solid understanding of supply chain management, process optimization, and quantitative analysis, often supported by a degree in industrial or systems engineering. Familiarity with logistics management software, ERP systems, and certifications like Six Sigma or APICS are commonly expected. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication set top performers apart in this role.
