What You’ll Do
  • Accurately receive, prioritize, and process time-sensitive orders for courier deliveries.
  • Dispatch and coordinate driver schedules effectively, ensuring prompt, seamless service.
  • Monitor routes and driver statuses in real time to optimize operations and meet delivery deadlines.
  • Communicate essential information such as order specifics, traffic updates, and delivery instructions to drivers.
