Logistics Dispatcher $1,650+ WEEKLY

Key Requirements:
  • Must have previous logistics dispatching experience.
  • Previous experience dispatching tanker trucks, CDL drivers, trucking, transportation, or logistics is highly preferred.
  • Must be familiar with Baton Rouge and the surrounding areas.
  • Must be able to effectively maneuver and coordinate trucks and drivers to optimize equipment utilization.
  • Experience using GPS tracking or fleet management systems is preferred. All company trucks are GPS-enabled and visible on the computer for tracking purposes.
  • Must be highly organized and able to multitask effectively.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and make quick decisions.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with drivers, customers, and management.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Must be dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in the oil & gas, construction, environmental, or industrial transportation industries is a plus.
Shifts:
  • 5:30 AM - 3:30 PM Monday through Friday
  • On call every third week and weekend, including nights (Bonus offered for on call)
