Job description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing company in Phoenix, AZ that is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join the team! This is a full-time on-site position paying $23.00-$27.00 per hour depending on prior experience. The Logistics Coordinator serves as the central communication point between customers and field service teams.
Job Description:
  • Answer high-volume inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat.
  • Intake and process service orders using CRM or dispatch software.
  • Schedule and dispatch service technicians or delivery drivers based on availability, location, and urgency.
  • Heavy data entry of work order from intake to dispatch.
  • Review and schedule routes for technicians.
  • Provide customer service to clients seeking assistance.
  • Verify customer account information for processing.
  • Review warranty information with customer.
  • Generate and manage delivery tickets, invoices, and other shipping documents.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update databases with contact and service details.
  • Perform outbound follow-ups on unsold estimates, recurring service events, and customer satisfaction checks.
  • Adhere to safety standards and company protocols at all times
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of recent experience as a Logistics Coordinator or Logistics Specialist. Preferrably in the Transportation industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dispatching software.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.
  • Ability to read maps and understand geographic service areas.
