What You'll Do as an Office Administrative Clerk

  • Perform daily administrative tasks including filing, scanning, data entry, and document organization.
  • Answer phones, route calls, and respond to general office inquiries.
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems.    
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.    
  • Assist with new hire paperwork and employee file maintenance.    
  • Enter employee information into HR systems and support onboarding activities.    
  • Assist with timekeeping, attendance tracking, and routine HR administrative tasks.    
  • Enter financial data accurately and maintain organized documentation.    
  • Assist with invoices, receipts, purchase orders, expense logs, and basic accounts payable/receivable functions.

  • At least one year of administrative experience.
  • Strong computer skills, data entry skills, and basic math aptitude.
