These professionals ensure shipments are tracked, schedules are met, and any issues are resolved quickly to maintain smooth operations outside regular business hours. Overnight logistics coordinators often communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers, and use logistics software to monitor processes. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during late-night shifts.
