Logistics Associate Jobs in Wheaton, IL (NOW HIRING)

Ecolab is seeking a Logistics Associate to join our team in Clearing, IL. As a Logistics Associate, you'll help deliver the products that support clean water, safe food, and healthy environments around the world. You'll play a key role in supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations. You'll ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Pick customer orders using a scanner or tablet and stack them onto pallets

• Operate material handling equipment such as manual and electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, and propane lifts

• Verify product quantities, labeling, and packaging quality against packing lists and SAP records

• Inspect packaging and contents for damage or quality issues

• Coordinate with customer service, production, and packaging teams to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment

• Assemble shipping boxes, prepare labels, and manage packaging induction

• Load trailers with packed boxes and pallets for outbound shipments

• Identify and report quantity discrepancies to the Supervisor or Lead

• Maintain a clean and organized picking area using 5S principles

• Support inventory control by updating databases and participating in cycle counts

• Ensure the freight sorting area is organized and follows established stocking guidelines

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and policies

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support logistics and warehouse operations

Position Details:

• Plant Location: Clearing, IL (Bedford Park)

• Work Week & Shift: 8:00AM - 4:30PM, Monday to Friday

• Overtime may be required depending on business needs. This may include occasional Saturday shifts.

• Compensation: $31 per hour

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Previous warehouse experience

• No immigration sponsorship offered for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a chemical or hazmat shipping environment

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Experience working independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements of Position:

• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
