Pay Rate: $22/hr on W2 
Duration: 12+ Months
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Description:

The Logistics Associate II will perform a variety of warehouse and logistics duties to support efficient product shipping and distribution operations. This role involves close coordination with management and team members to implement logistics strategies, improve processes, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate product shipping and distribution activities.
  • Work with management to implement logistics systems, new strategies, and initiatives.
  • Support daily warehouse operations, including purchasing, warehousing, distribution, forecasting, and customer service.
  • Process orders and prepare packing lists and shipping documents.
  • Package outgoing materials and ensure accurate and timely shipment of orders.
  • Receive and verify incoming materials, ensuring accuracy and condition.
  • Track shipment details, locations, and estimated times of arrival (ETA).
  • Ensure freight is processed efficiently to maintain optimal product service levels.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or distribution operations.
