Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dependable Warehouse Logistics Associate to support the day-to-day operations and support our warehouse and ensure materials, tools, and equipment are received, organized, tracked, and prepared when needed. This is a hands-on role that works closely with field technicians, service managers, and office staff to keep warehouse and job-site operations running efficiently. The ideal candidate takes pride in accuracy, organization, safety, and teamwork and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change throughout the day.

Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, organizing, and distributing materials and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, and accounted for.
  • Coordinate the preparation and staging of materials, tools, and equipment for field technicians and jobs.
  • Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and materials against purchase orders or packing slips.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Assist with loading and unloading deliveries and moving materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Maintain the organization and upkeep of company tools, equipment, vehicles, and warehouse supplies.
  • Coordinate with field technicians, service managers, and office staff to ensure materials are available when needed.
  • Follow and enforce company safety procedures and warehouse policies.

Requirements

    • Previous warehouse, inventory, logistics, or related experience preferred.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Good communication and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Basic computer skills
    • Valid Driver's License.
    • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
    • Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining an organized and safe work environment.
