About the Opportunity

A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Logistics Associate to support supply distribution and facility operations across clinical and non-clinical areas. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory levels, coordinating the delivery and storage of supplies, and ensuring patient care areas remain well-stocked, organized, and operational.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in healthcare operations, supply chain, and logistics within a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory levels and replenish medical supplies, equipment, and linens according to established guidelines.
  • Order and track supplies through inventory management systems and follow up on backorders and critical items.
  • Deliver, stock, and organize supplies in patient care areas, treatment rooms, labs, and other assigned locations.
  • Maintain supply carts and storage areas to ensure products are available and appropriately rotated.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to support daily operational needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory management and cost efficiency.
  • Maintain safe, clean, and organized supply areas while adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Provide professional and courteous interactions with patients, visitors, and staff.

Qualifications

Required

  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical tasks related to inventory and supply management.
  • Flexibility to work any of the available shifts.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in healthcare, logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or a related environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.

Schedule

7.5-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with various schedules available:

  • 7:00 AM โ€“ 3:00 PM
  • 10:00 AM โ€“ 6:00 PM
  • 11:00 AM โ€“ 7:00 PM
  • 2:00 PM โ€“ 10:00 PM
  • 10:00 PM โ€“ 6:00 AM
