Job Description

This is a Full-Time Delivery Associate position delivering packages around the Santa Fe area!
We need reliable, independent, flexible, hard workers who pay attention to details, can
troubleshoot, and win in a fast-paced environment!
Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, communicate effectively, and are ready to get the job done.
Successful delivery employees enjoy being out on the road, staying active, putting safety first, caring deeply about the team, customer expectations, and their own performance. 

Compensation: $21.75Hr weekly pay.

4 days on, 3 days off,10 Hr shifts.
Schedules: (FH) Sun-Wed, (BH) Wed-Sat (Premium $22/hr) Both weekend days plus two days (example: Thur-Sun, Fri-Mon, Sat-Tue).

As a Delivery Driver at Rise Up, you will play a crucial role in ensuring orders are delivered promptly with FANTASTIC quality!

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload delivery vehicles with packages to be delivered.
  • Use problem-solving skills when issues arise during your route.
  • Keep pace in a physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs. frequently. 
  • Support the team in daily work requirements, including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes.
  • Drive safely, following a GPS-coordinated route, following ALL traffic laws.
  • Deliver products to customers professionally and courteously with fantastic quality!
  • Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
  • Report any issues or problems to management immediately.
Qualifications

Requirements to be a Rise Up LLC Delivery Driver:

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Able to lift and carry up to 70 lbs
  • Must have reliable transportation (Vehicle)
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must complete ALL assigned tasks within the allotted 10 HR period.
  • Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must successfully pass a background check
  • Must successfully pass an instant 10-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
  • Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you
    from the position)
