About the Role:
Join Skeen Furniture Company as a Logistics and Installation Associate, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional furniture experiences to our customers. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about logistics and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the logistics of furniture deliveries and installations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  • Assist with the assembly and installation of furniture in customer homes.
  • Maintain inventory
  • Collaborate with the sales team to address customer needs and resolve any issues.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and best practices during installations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Report directly to Director of Fulfillment & Logistics

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift heavy furniture and operate delivery vehicles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience in logistics, installation, or customer service is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
