MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Lead Commercial Logistics Planner to join our team in Oahu, HI . The Lead Commercial Logistics Planner is responsible for the planning, coordinating, and synchronizing logistics and sustainment operations in support of program mission objectives.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Enable operational readiness by integrating military and commercial logistics capabilities across distributed and contested environments.
  • Develops and executes logistics plans supporting supply chain operations, transportation, distribution, maintenance, and sustainment.
  • Conduct detailed coordination for logistics services and theater movement control between commercial providers, mission partners, and other major military commands.
  • Leverage systems like LOGCOP and ULM to monitor logistics activities and support the Common Operational Picture through in-transit visibility (ITV). They develop courses of action (COAs) for mission execution in both steady-state and contingency operations. integrates commercial logistics solutions and managed attribution approaches to enhance resilience in the Indo-Pacific.
  • Ensure alignment with DoD policies, joint logistics doctrine, and theater-specific requirements.
  • Develops resilient logistics strategies for distributed and D-DIL environments.
  • Provides leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior personnel. collaborates with Knowledge Managers, BI Suite Analysts, and Program Managers to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Provides recommendations to leadership to optimize logistics performance, resource allocation, and operational effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA/BS in a relevant discipline or a related field.
  • 10+ years of position-relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MA/MS in a relevant discipline or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
  • 12+ years of experience.

Clearance Required:
  • Must hold an active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:
  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $79,700.00-$132,500.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
