If you enjoy variety, thrive in a hands-on environment, and take pride in keeping operations organized and moving forward, this role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact every day.

🛠 What You'll Be Doing

Service & Customer Coordination

  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls, online inquiries, and customer walk-ins.

  • Create and process service work orders using ServiceMax, STEEB, and other business systems.

  • Coordinate technician schedules, service appointments, equipment movement, and customer requests.

  • Prepare service documentation, customer sign-off paperwork, and shipment confirmations.

  • Maintain accurate billing information, time entries, and customer payment records.

Logistics & Equipment Support

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of electric submersible pumps and related equipment.

  • Schedule deliveries, pickups, freight shipments, and transportation logistics.

  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks while ensuring equipment is handled safely.

  • Pressure wash, inspect, triage, palletize, and prepare pumps for shipment to customers or regional facilities.

  • Ensure freight terms, inventory details, and service information are accurately entered and maintained.

Shop & Branch Operations

  • Support service technicians by creating work orders and pulling parts needed for repairs.

  • Assist with parts organization, inventory movement, and operational workflow within the shop.

  • Track branch metrics and help ensure service commitments and customer deadlines are achieved.

  • Promote and maintain a strong culture of safety throughout all branch operations.

🎯 What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, customer service, shop support, service coordination, or administrative roles.

  • Experience using ERP, service management, or inventory systems

  • Forklift experience preferred

  • Ability to work comfortably in both office and warehouse/shop environments.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills.

  • Ability to safely assist with material handling and equipment movement.

💪 The Kind of Candidate Who Thrives Here

  • You enjoy being the person who keeps everything organized and on track.

  • You like balancing administrative work with hands-on operational responsibilities.

  • You communicate well with customers, technicians, and internal teams.

  • You stay calm under pressure and can shift priorities as business needs change.

  • You take ownership, solve problems proactively, and follow through on commitments.

💰 What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly pay of $27-$29 per hour

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage

  • Paid Time Off (PTO)

  • Retirement and investment savings plans

  • Career development and advancement opportunities

  • Ongoing training and exposure to multiple aspects of branch operations

  • The chance to make a meaningful impact at a company dedicated to solving global water challenges

Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
