Account Manager

England Logistics has become one of the country's top third-party logistics providers by investing in our people. Backed by one of the oldest and largest transportation companies in North America, we combine coaching, teamwork, celebration, and continuous training and development to collectively reach our own professional, personal, and financial goals. We tailor our coaching to each specific teammate so we can enable them to do more and achieve more than they did the day before.

This position offers a base salary $55,000.00, full benefits, and uncapped commission. OTE for first year is ~$66k - $75k with high performers exceeding $80k+.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate demand for England services through provided prospecting platforms
  • Identify solutions for prospective clients in a rapidly growing marketplace
  • Educate clients and prospects on their respective market's conditions and provide accurate short and long-term pricing
  • Foster relationships with previous England clients to rekindle profitable partnerships
  • Manage a book of business as relationships develop, while continuing to work on new business acquisition
  • Multitask in a Windows-based environment

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Strong phone sales, B2B sales, consumer/retail sales or professional sales experience
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Excellent work ethic, coachable, and positive attitude
  • Strong organizational skills while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • College degree preferred. (Not required)
