Do you have a passion for customer service and a solid understanding of medium to heavy-duty trucks? Nextran is seeking an experienced and driven Leasing Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for developing and managing leasing relationships within our Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach and surrounding territory. You'll work closely with all sales personnel throughout Nextran, logistics companies, and independent businesses to offer commercial truck leasing solutions tailored to meet their operational needs.
What You'll Do:
  • Identify and pursue new leasing opportunities within the assigned region
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Conduct needs assessments to recommend the right mix of equipment and lease terms
  • Negotiate lease terms and pricing, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal departments (maintenance, operations, finance) to fulfill lease agreements
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and fleet technology
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide excellent after-sale service and support to ensure long-term customer retention

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business and/or marketing or equivalent experience
  • 3�5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in transportation, leasing, or logistics
  • Proven ability to manage a regional territory and work independently
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of truck leasing, DOT regulations, and fleet operations a plus
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record and willingness to travel within assigned region (up to 75%)
