  • Customer Success: Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and uncovering additional opportunities for growth.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new market opportunities and adjust sales strategies as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with experience in the logistics, transportation, or 3PL industry a plus.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce logistics and the challenges faced by 3PL providers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and influence key decision-makers at all levels.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide customized solutions for clients.
  • Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary & Commission Structure: Base salary with performance-based incentives.
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package: Health, dental, and retirement plans.
  • Professional Development Opportunities: Access to training and growth potential within the company.
  • Dynamic and Supportive Work Environment: A collaborative, growth-oriented team culture.
