What Youll Do

Do you have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind? As a Logistics Operations Associate you will work on various issues related to the logistics support ensuring all tasks and requests are processed on time and in compliance with the highest standards of quality.

We strive on offering the very best levels of service and believe in "what we say and how we say it" leaves a lasting impression with our customers. Therefore, we will provide you with all the necessary tools, training and confidence needed to do a great job.

During a Typical Day, Youll

  • Work collaboratively with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations;
  • Manage logistic operations and support various logistics processes (eg delivery, missed shipments, special deliveries, etc.)
  • Manage purchase orders, check invoices, highlight discrepancies;
  • Communicate monthly performance metrics, analyze deviations and take corrective action plans with the logistic partners to ensure on time part deliveries to customers;
  • Ensure orders from the network / shipments from vendors are executed;
  • Identify the best sourcing location from the network.
