Logistics Operations Sr. Analyst - Houston, TX (Mesa)  

LOCATION: Mesa - Texas  - USA 

DEPARTMENT: SUPPLY CHAIN 

Purpose:
Owner of the Yard Execution.

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Logistics coordination: Receives the customer's request from thecommercial front end. Manage the logistic coordination providing thenecessary instructions for timely delivery of the right product to thecustomer. Control the execution of the delivery by yards and carries,facilitating and resolving execution problems.
  • Inventory management: Process receptions, dispatches, transformationsand returns in SAP. Ensure that SAP reflects the right quantity and theaccurate product description. Reconcile the stocks of all the Thirdparty yards that hold Yard stock.
  • Net billing: Process calculators and the postings of SAP needed for theNet Invoicing scheme of the Yard.
  • Yard projects: Manage all Yard execution projects related to new thirdparty yards, system implementations, new service requirements ofcustomers and logistics optimization.
  • Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment andother physical resources assigned to his/her area.
