The Work

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Senior Operations Manager for our customer in Washington DC. This person will design, build, test, and deploy cloud application solutions that integrate cloud and non-cloud infrastructure. We are looking for someone who will be able to deploy infrastructure and platform environments and create a proof of architecture to test architecture viability, security and performance. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and coordination of teams supporting operational and logistical activities
  • Synchronizing complex, multidimensional and multidisciplinary resources in support of customer

Here's what you need

Minimum 10 years of experience in the following areas:

  • Leadership and management expertise, including proven experience leading teams of teams within complex operational environments
  • Advanced writing and reporting capabilities, with a record of producing clear, concise, and accurate operational or intelligencerelated documentation
  • Specialized operational and/or intelligence support experience, including HUMINT support, signature reduction support, and development or sustainment of related infrastructures
  • Comprehensive risk management and reduction experience, encompassing identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring of operational risks

Bonus points if you have

  • Expert level knowledge and experience in sensitive operational and mission support
  • Expert level knowledge in signature reduction and HUMINT support
  • Expert level capability to plan, advise, and support cross functional government teams
