What You’ll Do On a Typical Day

• Supervise and manage all personnel issues for a team of Carrier Sales Coordinators
• Oversee the onboarding and training of new employees in track and trace procedures and best practices
• Perform audits of tracking boards to ensure service quality, compliance and operational accuracy
• Adjust and reassign tracking boards as necessary to meet business needs and maintain balanced team workload
• Evaluate performance to identify coaching, training, and professional development opportunities for team members
• Partner with other managers to maintain consistent tracking standards and service levels across teams
• Address employee performance concerns through coaching, corrective action and follow-up as needed.
• Process miscellaneous charges incurred during the shipping process, including lumper fees, late fees, and other expenses incurred
• Assist with reviewing and approving carrier pay reductions related to delivery concerns, service issues, or load related issues.
