Job description

As the Planning and Inventory Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing an integrated supply planning and inventory strategy across the Kevin's Natural Foods network. This role connects demand, supply, inventory, and capacity planning to ensure a forward-looking, stable, and optimized supply chain. You will act as a strategic partner across procurement, manufacturing, and logistics, leveraging data, planning expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to drive improvements in service, cost, and cash performance while mitigating supply chain risk.
What You'll Do:
  • Own the end-to-end supply plan across the planning horizon, balancing demand and capacity
  • Develop and implement inventory strategies across Finished Goods, Raw, and Pack materials
  • Drive KPI visibility including inventory, service, and utilization
  • Lead scenario planning to identify risks and opportunities
  • Act as central coordination point across procurement, manufacturing, and logistics
  • Identify and escalate supply risks through structured processes - in time this should move into S&OP+
  • Translate data into actionable insights to drive performance improvement
  • Support product launches and discontinuations ensuring service and inventory stability
  • Lead root cause analysis of service failures and inventory imbalances
  • Maintain planning master data integrity within ERP and planning tools
  • Continuously improve supply planning processes and reporting capabilities
  • Influence stakeholders and lead without authority to drive alignment

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
