A wonderful bilingual family in Atherton seeks an experienced Family Executive Assistant / Household Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of their home.

This is an executive support and household management position not a traditional childcare role. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enjoys creating systems that keep a busy household running smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Manage household operations and daily logistics
  • Coordinate vendors, contractors, and household staff
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and family schedules
  • Coordinate children's school activities and logistics
  • Assist with travel planning and reservations
  • Research, purchasing, and special projects
  • Draft emails and communicate professionally on behalf of the principals
  • Utilize technology and automation tools to improve efficiency
  • Provide occasional after-hours support for urgent matters
Qualifications
