About Us:
Logisnext Americas Inc. has supported customers for more than 100 years as a technology-driven forklift manufacturer. In addition to being a forklift manufacturer, we are also a total solutions provider offering scalable products and services from material handling and automation to extensive fleet support.
About the role:
The role is responsible for providing product service support to Logisnext Americas' dealer network. This position requires extensive communication and collaboration with dealers, customers, and suppliers. The individual will monitor product health by identifying, quantifying, investigating, and analyzing quality and reliability issues experienced in the field. They will coordinate cross-functionally with internal departments to drive problem resolution and effectively communicate solutions to the field. This position works closely with internal stakeholders to reduce warranty costs through proactive issue identification and continuous improvement.
What you will do:
  • Provides technical support to dealer service and parts teams, as well as to internal departments across Logisnext Americas and other global Logisnext units. Performs in-depth problem analysis to diagnose and resolve product issues and delivers guidance and training to service and parts analysts.
  • Oversees product quality control to minimize warranty costs for the company while collaborating with internal departments to share critical information, drive issue resolution, and communicate effective solutions to the field, and initiates product improvement requests with the Engineering team.
  • Travels to dealer and customer sites to support dealers and field personnel in resolving technical issues, while also assisting with customer acceptance and satisfaction concerns to help promote ongoing product success and future sales.
  • Coordinates problem resolution with Engineering, Quality, and Parts Authorization. Coordinates field problem investigation and rework (Service Campaigns)
  • Creates technical publications that support the dealer network in diagnosing and resolving issues, helping maintain high product quality and minimize downtime.
  • Supplies technical support for New Product Introductions and performs on-site field follow-up testing. Collects and analyzes data on product performance, as well as feedback and acceptance from dealers, customers, and operators.

Hybrid Work Schedule: in the office 3 days a week
What you need to have:
  • 5-7 years of job-related experience
  • 3+ years of lift truck industry experience & outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to travel to dealer locations & customer sites
  • Dealer contact experience
  • Interpretation of engineering drawings
  • Failure analysis experience
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Statistical analysis skills

What would be nice to have:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Engineering
  • Education may substitute for experience
  • Forklift field technician 5+ years
  • Master level certified in all paths
