The Café Attendant/Barista is responsible for creating a welcoming guest experience while preparing and serving specialty coffee beverages, fresh grab-and-go foods, pizzas, paninis, ice cream, and retail items at Cafe 22. This team member ensures high-quality food and beverage presentation, maintains cleanliness and food safety standards, and provides efficient, friendly service to lodge guests and park visitors.

As one of the first guest interactions of the day, the Café Attendant serves as an ambassador for Hocking Hills Lodge and helps create memorable experiences through genuine hospitality.


Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesGuest Service
  • Greet every guest warmly and provide prompt, friendly service.
  • Accurately take and process food and beverage orders.
  • Answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and lodge amenities.
