We're looking for a dedicated Associate Pediatric Dentist to join our supportive, kid-centric practice where teamwork, professional growth, and a positive workplace atmosphere are priorities.

Position Summary

As a full-time Associate Pediatric Dentist at Smile Lodge, you will deliver high-quality pediatric dental care with emphasis on preventive dentistry, patient education, and fun, confidence-building experiences for children. You'll collaborate with a passionate clinical team to create a supportive environment for patients, families, and staff alike.

  • Provide comprehensive pediatric dental services including exams, preventive care (cleanings, fluoride, sealants), restorative treatment, and child-friendly behavior management.

  • Build trusting relationships with young patients and their families by explaining care in a friendly, reassuring way.

  • Promote positive dental experiences that reduce anxiety and cultivate children's confidence.

  • Work closely with hygienists, assistants, and front-desk team to deliver consistent and coordinated care.

  • Educate patients and parents on oral health best practices tailored to each child's needs.

  • Participate in practice-wide initiatives to enhance patient experience, community outreach, and team-building efforts.

  • Uphold Smile Lodge's joyful and compassionate culture - where fun, playfulness, and professional excellence go hand-in-hand.

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.

  • Completion of an accredited pediatric dentistry residency program.

  • Required: Enteral Conscious Sedation Certificate
  • Current or eligible state dental licensure where the practice is located.

  • 2 years practice experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - especially with children, caregivers, and team members.

Work Environment

  • Kid-friendly, cheerful spaces: our offices are designed to engage children and ease dental anxiety with play-focused elements and welcoming decor.

  • Growth and development: opportunities for professional growth, mentoring from experienced pediatric dentists, and continuing education support.

  • Work-life balance: full-time schedule with predictable hours and a team that shares your commitment to both patients and colleagues.

Why You'll Love Working Here
  • Competitive Compensation: Earn $225+/hour
  • Rewarding patient impact: children leave with big smiles - and so do parents - because we make dentistry fun and stress-free.

  • Collaborative environment: join a practice where team members are valued and contributions are appreciated.
