Job description

VISTA's Permanent Placement Division is representing a prestigious medical system seeking a geriatric focused primary care physician for an established PACE program. The unique PACE healthcare model is designed to enable seniors to remain in the community and avoid/delay nursing home placement. Benefits of this permanent, full-time position include:
