Job Summary:

This position will manage complex and challenging software projects related to our custom SaaS product and other business critical applications. As the Technical Program Manager, you will be asked to build project schedules, track milestones, and identify dependencies. Similarly, the person serving in this role will identify risks and issues, craft mitigation strategies to effectively address these items, escalating to project leadership when appropriate. The successful candidate will be effective at building a rapport with internal and external stakeholders, driving decisions among cross-functional teams, and coordinating activities to ensure the overall success of the project.

Job Goals:

  • Act as a single point of contact for project related communications

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage resources and deliverables related to project tasks, schedules, scope, risks, and any acceptance criteria. Update related project documents as necessary.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop thoughtful risk mitigation strategies as well as contingency plans. Anticipate problems and take decisive action. When an issue materializes, provide guidance, offering thoughtful suggestions on how to address the problem and to keep the team collectively moving forward.
  • Prioritize tasks to meet project goals, assigning work across multiple work streams and following up to ensure successful and timely completion. Provide assistance with competing priorities, offering guidance, resources, and tools to address constraints.
  • Drive decisions essential to the success of the project across a diverse group of stakeholders. This includes facilitating meetings, organizing working sessions, and providing clarity around requirements and deadlines.
  • Monitor project milestones and metrics. Utilize data to inform leadership of our current progress and support future decision making. Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information from all available sources.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams
