WHAT WE'RE DOING
At the Sikorsky West Palm Beach Facility, we are at the forefront of aircraft manufacturing, specializing in the production and testing of cutting-edge aircraft components. Our team plays a critical role in the development and production of helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft known for their unmatched performance, reliability, and mission capabilities. THE WORK
As the Production Supervisor, you will lead and direct a team of at least 15 hourly bargaining unit employees, overseeing their activities related to aircraft manufacturing and testing.
You will be responsible for planning and directing department activities to meet production goals and quality standards, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Your role will involve maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring the ongoing development and training of your team.
Please Note: This is for a Second Shift role.
