Job description

Standard Job Description
Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information, process financial transactions, analyze cost and prepare financial reports. Maintains or oversees the control of accounts and records in such areas as disbursements, expenses, tax payments, income, cash, accounts payable, accounts receivables, billing, fixed assets, liabilities. Compiles and analyzes financial information to record transactions, prepare reports, perform reconciliations and review and verify accuracy. Prepares balance sheet and profit and loss statements, consolidated financial statements, and other accounting schedules and reports. May design, modify, install, and/or maintain accounting and financial information systems to ensure an adequate recognition of financial transactions. Responsible for the adherence to and communication of accounting and auditing policies and procedures, regulatory compliance and government regulations and reporting. May be required to interface with various government agencies.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience
- Effective analytical skills demonstrated through related experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Effective Microsoft Office skills (specifically Excel)
- Experience/knowledge of accounting entries and related impacts

  • Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $61900.00 - $114900.00
    • Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc.
  • Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): :$55700.00 - $103400.00
    • Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc.
  • Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): :$49500.00 - $91900.00
    • Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc.
