WHO YOU ARE
This position supports the development and sustainment of Lockheed Martin's Autonomy, Intelligence & Maritime Solutions (AIMS) Uncrewed Maritime Solutions (USM) portfolio based out of the Palm Beach, FL facility. The USM portfolio represents an exciting, dynamic and growing capability for our customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
The Logistics Project Manager (LPM) is the lead program integrator for Global Sustainment (GS) scope in the assigned program(s)
The LPM plans, organizes, and develops logistics products to support USM system development, training, and sustainment
Works closely with the Program Manager, finance, planning, subcontracts, customer and engineering personnel, along with GS functional Centers of Excellence (COEs) as part of a cross-functional team to ensure all taskings are properly scoped, staffed, and executed, ensuring program commitments are met, and product deliveries are developed and delivered per contract cost, schedule and technical requirements
Provides and develops solutions to complex problems requiring frequent use of ingenuity and creativity
Develops and maintains key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support program effectiveness and growth
Represents the organization as prime sustainment/technical contact on contracts and projects
Provides project status to program and functional leadership as required
