CRH Associate Program Manager WHAT WE'RE DOING At Lockheed Martin, we're building and delivering the Air Force's only dedicated combat search and rescue platform-the HH-60W Jolly Green II, known as the Combat Rescue Helicopter (CRH). With a program of record for 113 aircraft and multiple Foreign Military Sales (FMS) pursuits in development, this platform is a mission-critical asset designed to bring our warfighters home safely. THE WORK As the Program Manager for CRH Production, you will lead all aspects of aircraft production, ensuring successful delivery and performance across cost, schedule, and quality.

In this high-visibility role, your responsibilities will include: Owning and managing the full production lifecycle, from planning through delivery, for the USAF's fleet and potential FMS programs. Ensuring aircraft are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to contractual quality and performance standards. Engaging directly with U.S

Government customers, end-users, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on program objectives and priorities. Driving strategic initiatives to improve cost competitiveness, efficiency, and long-term sustainability of the production line. Supporting capture efforts for future production lots through the development of Basis of Estimates (BOEs), proposal inputs, and negotiation strategies.

Leading cross-functional efforts to implement aircraft upgrades, mitigate material shortages and obsolescence risks, and ensure production flexibility and resilience. Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics. For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
