What You Will Do:
Guidehouse is currently seekingoperationsconsulting professionals in support of Department of Defense (DoD) clients.These teammateswillbe responsible forsupportingengagements withmajor DoD Programsto improve operations andefficiencyoutcomesacross the program lifecycle, includingProgram Acquisition and Sustainment functions, cost/schedule/performancemanagement, andidentifyingnew client challenges to solve.
Responsibilities of this role are as follows, to include but not limited to:
Supportconsulting projects for major DoDweapon systems, overseeing all phases of the program lifecycle, including acquisition, sustainment, and modernization activities.
Act as the primary liaison for government stakeholders, delivering clear guidance and regular status updates to ensure alignment and informeddecisionmaking.
Supportcross-functional teamsto achieve program goals.
Identify, assess,and implement process improvements to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
Supportday-to-day project team activities togain customer buy-in towards a common operating picture, solution architecture, and roadmap for execution.
Assistfederal clients tooptimizethe operations of their finance organization, including supporting the audit readiness, accounting,logisticsand property management.
Support audit remediation activities, such as developing/updating process documentation, Standard Operating Procedures, and developing/implementing corrective action plans to address findings.
What You Will Need:
Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a "SECRET" Federal or DoD securityclearance.
Bachelor's Degree
ONE (1) or more years of experience with DoD organizations and/or Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industryor similar commercialdomain
What Would Be Nice To Have:
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
Bachelors orAdvanced degree in business, engineering, or related field
TWO(2) or more years of experience in DoDor A&Dproduction, acquisition,audit activities, property accountability,engineeringand/or supply chain management
