What You Will Be Doing:
The successful candidate will serve as the Proposal Integration Lead for the F-35 Grow Sustainment (GS) team and manage the entire spectrum of Sustainment proposal activities, supporting business capture through the campaign, proposal and contract award process. The candidate will also support post-award program transition tasks through horizontal integration across the Sustainment capabilities, serving as a liaison between Sustainment Operations, F-35 Integration Office, and Program Management.
This position will be in direct support of F-35 Sustainment Operations proposal efforts and will be primarily based in Fort Worth, TX. This position is responsible for overall knowledge of all F-35 potential business from campaigns and proposals that contain Sustainment scope, plus ongoing knowledge of current contracts under execution. This position will have responsibility for the accuracy of the proposed efforts and its demands on sustainment resources.
In this high visibility role, the successful candidate will provide integration across the Sustainment Operations capabilities for all Sustainment proposal activities within the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics F-35 line of business. The candidate for this position will work closely with the Sustainment Capabilities, Sustainment Integration Office, Business Development, Contracts, Pricing & Estimating and Program Management teams to ensure Sustainment proposal inputs comply with contractual obligations and statements of work. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high quality Sustainment Operations proposal inputs are submitted on-time to meet proposal submittal deadlines, while minimizing proposal errors and rework. The candidate will also develop and implement an enduring and robust process to introduce new and innovative technical capabilities into sustainment offerings. The candidate will work closely with the Accelerating Performance Excellence team to ensure Sustainment Operations and sustainment owners of F-35 Program Risks, Issues, and Opportunities are documented, tracked, reported, and managed as required. This role is responsible for ensuring Sustainment leadership is kept informed on issues that would potentially effect the delivery of successful Sustainment bids, effectively elevating the issues for leadership assistance in a timely manner to increase the likelihood of successful outcomes at contract award and optimizing start-green stay-green success during future contract execution.

Basic Qualifications
Experience with project management and/or process improvement

Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $117,200 - $206,770. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

Premium Pay Statement
