As the Stress Analysis Engineer Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading a Level4 Leadership role within the IFG Stress Team, providing administrative leadership to earlycareer engineers while also serving as a technical stress analyst.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Career mentoring and performance assessment of engineering staff.

  • Administrative duties and compensation/award management.

  • Identifying growth opportunities and development plans.

  • Managing training activities and behavioral actions.

  • Technical stress analysis and reporting to the technical lead.
