Job description

IFG Executive & Program Communications - Level 3
Location: Fort Worth TX
What You Will Be Doing
This position will lead executive communications for the vice president and general manager of the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG). It also leads the communications strategy for the F-22 and other IFG platforms. In partnership with the Integrated Fighter Group/Sustainment Communications Team and stakeholders throughout the business, this position will develop strategies, narratives and tell stories across leaders and programs in the IFG portfolio.
The candidate must have demonstrated strategic communications experience along with a reputation for building strong relationships and working across program and organizational boundaries to shape outcomes. Strong collaboration, writing and project management skills are critical.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute communication plan for the vice president and general manager of the Integrated Fighter Group.
Manage communications strategy for the F-22 program, including messaging development, media relations, and executive communications.
Partner across the IFG/Sustainment Communications Team, program teams, business development, and other stakeholders in leading messaging development across platforms, programs and events.
Use metrics, data and feedback to continuously improve, adjust and drive decisions.
Support other special projects, as required.

Who You Are
You are a strategic communications professional with experience supporting executive-level leaders and developing integrated communication strategies across complex, cross-functional organizations. You bring strong writing, storytelling, and messaging skills, with a proven ability to translate business and program priorities into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
You are experienced in partnering with senior leaders, program teams, and communications stakeholders to develop and execute communication plans, manage executive messaging, and support high-visibility programs. You are skilled at building relationships across organizational boundaries and aligning messaging across multiple platforms, programs, and events.
You are data-driven and continuously look for ways to refine communication strategies using feedback and performance insights. You thrive in fast-paced environments, manage multiple priorities effectively, and are recognized for your ability to influence outcomes through thoughtful, well-executed communications.
