Position Summary

The Men's Locker Room Attendant is responsible for creating a refined, comfortable, and impeccably maintained locker room environment while delivering attentive, personalized service. As an extension of the luxury spa experience, this role anticipates guest needs, maintains wellness amenities, and ensures every guest enjoys a seamless transition throughout their spa journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and orient guests to locker room amenities.
  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation of all men's locker room facilities.
  • Stock towels, robes, slippers, beverages, grooming products, and wellness amenities.
  • Prepare and maintain steam rooms, saunas, whirlpools, and relaxation areas according to spa standards.
  • Assist guests with lockers, amenities, and facility information.
  • Refresh locker areas continuously throughout the day.
  • Support touchless wellness areas and assist guests with wellness technology when needed.
  • Communicate guest preferences and special requests to therapists and coordinators.
  • Monitor facility safety and report maintenance needs promptly.
  • Deliver thoughtful touches that elevate the guest experience while maintaining discretion and professionalism.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
