Job description

Naperville Country Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Locker Room Attendant.  Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.  
 
Summary: 
Assist the Guest Services Manager with daily operations, including but not limited to providing excellent service to our members and guests, shoe care, general cleaning, maintaining par levels of inventory, and communicating with other members of the staff.
 
Pay: $18 - $20
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Performs all facets of shoe care, including but not limited to cleaning, buffing, polishing, edging, and storage of shoes.
  • Performs individual and complete spike replacement services for members and guests.
  • Maintains exceptional levels of customer service, cleanliness, and supplies for the locker room and accessories.
  • All duties pertaining to a private member locker room, including shoe cleaning, polishing, and customer service.
  • Other duties as determined by the Head Golf Professional.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Other Qualifications:
  • 2 years' experience at a private golf club.
  • Excellent customer service skills with an enthusiastic and friendly personality.
  • Able to work both weekdays and weekends.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Handyman skills are a plus.
