Relationship Banker (Chandler, AZ)
Agility 360 is seeking a Relationship Banker - Contractor to to support our client's portfolio of property management companies and self-managed communities in Chandler, AZ. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional client service, supporting banking operations, managing account-related activities, and assisting clients with treasury management products and services. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, adaptable, and able to build strong client relationships while supporting business growth and operational excellence.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Manage and support a portfolio of clients, including property management companies and self-managed communities.
  • Support the Operations Manager with account opening and closing activities, including CDARS, ICS, credit cards, debit cards, checking accounts, and money market accounts.
  • Assist clients with account payment research, lockbox inquiries, and association transitions between management companies.
  • Train clients on banking products, services, software, and system integrations while providing troubleshooting support.
  • Monitor daily reports to ensure insufficient funds and non-posted transactions are processed according to established procedures and deadlines.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing accurate information and timely resolution of client requests.
  • Utilize systems, reports, and tracking tools to maintain organization and ensure completion of all assigned tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to balance workloads and contribute to achieving departmental performance goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal sales teams to support deposit growth and client retention.
  • Maintain knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, policies, and procedures.
  • Participate in training programs and apply learned knowledge to daily responsibilities.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Treasury Management Sales, Branch Banking Operations, or a related banking field.
  • Basic knowledge of banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management, and commercial banking products and services.
  • Understanding of regulatory and legal compliance requirements, banking regulations, and industry practices.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and effectively in a changing environment.
  • Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
