Mailroom transaction Processor needs 1+ years experience
Mailroom transaction Processor requires:

  • M, Tu, Th, F, Sa (W, Su off) 6:00am - 2:30pm
  • 40 hour week
  • Data entry
  • PC savvy

  • Opex P40 mail sorter machine
Mailroom transaction Processor duties:
  • Processing, scanning, and machine operation of incoming mail and materials.
  • Operate mail sorting and opening equipment.
  • Standing, Walking, and Lifting up to 10 lbs.
  • Performs clerical task functions as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • Provides administrative support to business operations by performing mail sorting tasks
such as operating the Opex P40 mail sorter machine, Opex envelopener, physical sort of mail into corresponding lockbox mail bins, handsorting mis-sorts and other various duties as assigned.
  • Inbound scanning of receipted mail and delivery, high/low speed capture equipment operation, exceptions handling and similar activities.
