Who are you?

You’re a relationship-driven professional who enjoys helping businesses find solutions that make managing their finances easier. At C&N, we’re seeking a Business Banking Specialist to develop new business relationships while delivering Treasury Management products and services that help businesses operate more efficiently. 

In this role, you’ll work directly with business clients to understand their needs, recommend tailored financial solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor for Treasury Management services. If you enjoy networking, building relationships, and helping local businesses succeed, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Business Development: Develop new business relationships by identifying prospects, cultivating referral sources, and expanding C&N's Treasury Management and business banking services. 

  2.  Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients by understanding their financial needs, providing ongoing support, and delivering exceptional customer service.

  3. Treasury Management Solutions: Recommend, implement, and support Treasury Management products and services, including digital banking, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, Merchant Services, Lockbox, and business credit cards.

  4. Collaboration & Business Partnerships: Partner with Commercial Lenders, Relationship Managers, branch teammates, and other business partners to deliver comprehensive financial solutions and identify cross-sell opportunities.

  5. Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and review account documentation, complete required disclosures, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate client records.

Requirements:

Education & Experience – You will need an Associate's Degree in a related field AND one 2-4 years of related banking, business development, sales, or Treasury Management experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
