Loch Harbour Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee critical projects under the NAVAIR (Naval Air Systems Command) in Patuxent, Maryland. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative defense initiatives while ensuring compliance with government regulations and contractual obligations. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
  • Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
  • Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
  • Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
  • Tracks program/project status and schedules.
  • Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Clearance Required:

  • Active Secret Clearance
Requirements:

Education:

  • Masters of Science degree OR
  • Masters of Art degree

Minimum Requirements:

  • 10+ years of professional experience
  • Active Secret Security Clearance OR the ability to obtain a Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)

Desired Experience:

  • Experience with DoD and SECNAV series instructions.
  • Experience utilizing NAVAIR management tools.
  • Experience developing acquisition strategies.
  • Experience developing and executing integrated Government schedules.
  • Experience developing, managing and executing budget and phasing plans.
  • Experience with cost and performance trades.
