Joining H&R Block 1 as a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist means you’ll focus on how to wow clients now and in the future.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner

  • Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs

  • Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled

  • Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually

  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members

  • Other duties as assigned

Your Expertise:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

  • Previous experience in a customer service environment

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations

  • Sales/marketing experience
