POSITION SUMMARY: The substitute paraprofessional will provide support and supervision to students and assist the teacher with day-to-day functions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: other duties may be assigned
  • Assist students with learning activities under the direction of the classroom teacher
  • Provide individualized or small group support to students
  • Maintain a positive learning environment
  • Supervise students during non-instructional times such as lunch and recess
