Multi-location Independent Industrial Parts Distributor is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for its Battle Creek, MI branch office. The job entails existing account management and some new account development via telephone. The ideal candidate will have mechanical and electrical aptitude with knowledge of power transmission products, electric motors and drives, bearing specialties, fluid power. This is a relationship-based role that will require conversations with engineers, maintenance, purchasing and others to determine customer needs. Our Inside Sales Representatives have excellent interpersonal skills, and are self-motivated, detail oriented, and driven with strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
