Job Title: Functional Business Analyst

Job Description:

  1. Own functional understanding of end to end content operations including content creation review compliance checks localization and publishing workflows
  2. Translate content and skilling requirements into clear functional user stories acceptance criteria and backlog items for AI authoring pipelines
  3. Work closely with content stakeholders to capture operational nuances review cycles and compliance requirements that must be reflected in AIdriven workflows
  4. Define and validate workflow states metadata requirements approval gates and exception scenarios within the authoring and publishing pipeline
  5. Support UAT planning and execution by validating that delivered functionality aligns with content operations expectations
  6. Act as the functional SPOC for clarification of requirements during development testing and integration phases
  7. Collaborate with the AI Solution Architect and GenAI Lead to ensure functional intent is preserved in technical and AI design decisions
