Role Overview

The HR Manager will lead and execute organization-level HR strategies to align structure, culture, and talent with business goals. This role is responsible for driving the human capital agenda at Welocalize, ensuring effective HR operations, and supporting leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle.

The HR Manager will work closely with senior leadership and the broader HR team to implement strategic initiatives, maintain compliance, and foster a high-performing and engaging work environment.

This is a hybrid position based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Please note that fully remote work is not an option for this role.  

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, engagement, performance, and retention
  • Partner with business leaders to support organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness
  • Oversee performance management, compensation processes, talent reviews, and succession planning in collaboration with relevant HR teams
  • Provide guidance and hands-on support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and investigations
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, advising stakeholders on employment law matters as needed
  • Manage and maintain HR systems (Workday), ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies in collaboration with Talent Acquisition
  • Ensure regional HR policies, practices, and procedures are aligned with company standards
  • Prepare and review employment contracts, handbooks, and other HR documentation
  • Drive leadership development initiatives and support the growth of future leaders
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to support company-wide initiatives and projects
  • Support operational HR activities, including employee queries, transactions, and process improvements
Education & Other SkillsEducation
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent educational/professional qualification
Experience & Skills
  • Proven experience in an HR role, preferably in an HR Manager or senior HR capacity
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Manager.
  • Strong partnership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Solid project management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations and exercise sound judgment in sensitive matters
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, negotiation, and mediation skills
  • Demonstrated experience in relationship management and conflict resolution
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
