We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our web content production team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our content workflow, specializing in the creation, quality assurance, and publication of web pages. You will be the expert responsible for the page-build stage, working closely with content operations partners to ensure content readiness and flawless execution.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Author, build, and publish web pages within a Content Management System (CMS) using approved templates, components, and assets.
* Execute copy updates, manage asset uploads and mapping, facilitate rest-of-world (ROW) page creation, incorporate user acceptance testing (UAT) feedback, and oversee content publication.
* Assemble pages from reusable components and templates, adhering to component specifications including inputs, properties, default/loading/error states, and content/asset expectations.
* Take ownership of the quality assurance (QA) and publishing processes for authored pages prior to launch, contributing to a modular and scalable content system.
* Support localization workflows, including the creation and hand-off/hand-back of localization files.
* Integrate copy-related SEO feedback into authored content to optimize search visibility.
* Collaborate effectively with front-end development, design, and program management teams across content authoring, operations, QA, and launch support functions.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
* Hands-on Contentful authoring experience is a primary requirement, demonstrating core competency in this area.
* Proficiency in component/template-based page building, including comfort with creating pages from templates, components, assets, workflows, and folder structures.
* A high-level, non-technical understanding of APIs as they relate to content management.
* Strong QA discipline and meticulous attention to detail throughout the publishing process.
* Familiarity with localization processes and the creation of rest-of-world pages.
* Working knowledge of on-page and copy SEO best practices.
**Preferred Skills:**
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Extensive experience in web production and end-to-end content processes.
* Proven experience with web page design components and web design systems.
* Significant experience working within Contentful and other CMS environments.
* A college degree is preferred.
